TESTIMONIALS
“I just completed a wonderful research internship...I wanted to thank you again for your recommendation, and also for the experience of your drawing class. I feel like learning to draw, from scratch, in your class really helped build my confidence to apply to this internship that I, frankly, would not have thought I was really qualified for."
~ Thank you email sent one year after taking Drawing: Eye, Mind, Hand
"She is one of, if not THE BEST professor and teacher I have ever had. She helped me learn about myself and my abilities to create art."
~ College student response to the full semester course evaluation question, "Your overall assessment of the instructor?"
"Thank you for the fresh perspective you brought to re-imagining a foundational course in our curriculum. Your deep understanding of arts education within a liberal arts context was crucial for the course’s continued success in our program. Students benefited greatly from your masterful approach to pedagogy in general and meta-cognition in particular. I’m grateful for your expertise.”
~ Note of appreciation from higher-ed program director after Full Palette Consultation
"My three favorite quotes from you were: "Artists show up!" "Own your own success!" and "Know your own gifts!" You are amazing Milisa! Thank you for your talk to our students and faculty.
~ Thank you text after a Full Palette Presentation about creativity & neurodiversity shared with high school students and faculty
"I wanted to thank you...for the amazing, holistic workshop at Castle Hill. It was inspiring, heartfelt, practical, and fun. The combination of hands-on art making with commentary, as well as the psychological aspects of teaching really underscored important practices. I will definitely utilize much of your teachings in my classes here in Texas! Hopefully you will continue to offer this workshop, and in a longer format, as there is much to mine."

"Misa, I cannot thank you enough for all the information you gave me today! I find so much of this process daunting...I'm so fortunate to have been introduced to you...I had so many questions and you have such amazing on-point answers. I plan to look over my notes, look at the books you recommended, organize a trajectory for projects, and simply do the work. One foot in front of the other, I'll get there. I love your saying, "the work will tell you." I'm so grateful to you for sharing your time and expertise."
~ Thank you email written after a personalized Full Palette Advising Session
"I’m so happy to have had you visit my studio! I appreciate the time you took to really look at my work and talk with me about it. I’m so incredibly proud of what I’m doing and I’ve worked hard at it over the last 2 years to get where I am now...Thank you so much!" ~ Exuberant client after a Full Palette Studio Visit
