This series of drawings feature stretch marks, dimples, and goosebumps on the surface of otherworldly landscapes. The drawings are created without tools. They are created by the direct mark-making of hands rubbing charcoal into wax impregnated paper. The simple materials combined with the repetitive motion of the artists gesture speak to the ways in which the earth is rubbed overtime by sand, wind, and human interaction.
